All orders placed between the 1st and 15th of the month will receive that current month's doll between the 16th and 25th of the month.
All orders placed anytime on or after the 16th of the month will receive the following month's doll during the same shipping window.
Please note the nature of a handmade item and how they are created with intricate detail will sometimes cause delays. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We will make every effort to communicate if there are any delays.

Yes! We would love for you to add your preferences for skin tone. We currently offer Tone 1 (brown) and Tone 2 (wicker). You are also able to request glasses or no glasses and hair color changes.

Due to the custom nature of our dolls, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your doll, and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
